"Amazing" Offspring

At Amazing Poodles, we make breeding and promoting our Standard Poodles for Agility a priority. "Kalli" produced her first litter of puppies in November of 2008. They were sired by Am/Can. CH Moonstone Sir Lancelot (CH. Shalimar's Rev It Up x D'Kamron Monet 11) owned by Sheila Parsons of Bellingham, WA. We bred to "Jacque" because he is structurally correct, has the temperament and athleticism we demand in our breeding program, AND he is pursuing a career in agility. From their litter of 8 puppies, 4 will be going on to do agility --- and 2 have their conformation titles.

We are serious about our Agility/show dogs, therefore we DO give priority to new owners who will pursue the sport of Agility with their dogs after they have finished showing in the conformation ring. We limit our breeding, and almost always have a wait list for our puppies. All of our Standard Poodles are health tested for Sebaceous Adenitis (SA), Hips, Eyes, and Thyroid, and in addition are DNA tested for Von Wildebrands.

If you are interested in owning an "Amazing" Poodle with whom you can enjoy the agility lifestyle, look no further we have the puppy for you!! Simply email us your request to reserve a puppy. We will place your name on our wait list to ensure that you will be considered for a puppy from one of our future litters.

PLEASE NOTE : Showing in conformation is NOT a prerequisite to owning an "Amazing" Standard Poodle Puppy. We do sell companion puppies. However, we encourage all new owners to participate on some type of sporting/obedience activity with their dogs. Agility, obedience and/or show homes ARE preferred.

"Lukas" resides in Chilliwack B.C. with our daughter Meagan, her husband Paul, and 4 year-old daughter Victoria. He has proven to be everything a Standard Poodle should be! His temperament is lovely, and he is a loyal and dedicated playmate to Victoria. He is her "Lukey Dog"!! Watching these two play together is nothing short of "heartwarming"!! Lukas and Meagan have done some Rally-O training, and are currently training for agility competition with Renee Hughes in Chilliwack BC. Lukas is extremely high drive and very enthusiastic about playing on the agility equipment. We expect he is going to shine in the agility ring sometime in 2011!

"Emma" is currently in training for agility at Iron Mountain K-9 Agility. Like her Mother, she has proven to be an honest dog with a great desire to please. She will begin competing in 2011, and we expect she will earn her titles quickly. Emma is very proudly owned by Rachelle and Peter Vogt, of Merritt B.C.

"Sadie" is officially the first Canadian Champion carrying our new “Amazing” prefix. After an "amazing" 2 weekends of showing, under the expertise of Professional Handler Terry Bernier, "Sadie" earned her Canadian Championship. Along the way, she earned Puppy Groups, Best Puppy In Show and a Non-Sporting Group all at the tender age of 8 months!! Sadie is proudly owned by Mary-Lou and Gord Williams of Cloverdale B.C

"Portia" was Kalli's second puppy to earn her Canadian Championship. She was expertly shown by professional handler Beth Hillborn. A beautiful and animated cream puppy, Portia earned her title very quickly winning Best puppy In Specialty (at the Lower Fraser Valley Dog Show) along the way. She is very proudly owned by Dr. Anselm and Gail Parlatore of Bellingham, Washington.

"Jazz is lovingly owned by Jane and Rob Shears and is a wonderful and is wonderful companion to their two children. Jazz and Jane are having great fun training in agility with Anna Luppacino of South Surrey B.C. We understand they make a wonderful team, and are looking forward to watching them compete sometime in 2011.

"Reggie" now lives in Vancouver with his parents Peter and Marilyn where he resides as a very much loved companion dog.

We were thrilled when we had the opportunity to bring this vivacious puppy back home to Amazing Poodles. An incredibly exuberant and delightful dog, Mercy has settled in well. She loves to be on the agility equipment and is enthusiastic about everything she is asked to do. A very fun dog to run!! Watch for her in the agility ring in 2011!!

"Cheri" was an exquisite dog, and full sister to our own Marsan Oliver. With exceptional conformation, wonderful disposition and the personality of her mother "Barbie", she was the truest form of what a Standard Poodle should be. Lovingly owned by the Taylor family in White Rock, she was playmate and faithful companion to Debbie and Jim and their 2 girls.

"Carrie" was one of the first offspring ever produced under our then prefix "Marsan Poodles". She was a sweet natured and loving dog and a playmate to our three children. Only gracing the show ring one time, she won best of breed and earned 4 points, never entering the show ring again due to business and family commitments.

"Dante" is the sire of  our own CH. Taywyn Justa Wild Jazzabelle, and was finished as a puppy winning a Best Puppy in Specialty, and a Best Puppy Group, along the way. His sire was a multi Best in Show winner, and a former #1 Standard Poodle in Canada.

"Jackson" is the sire of our own CH. Lovingly owned by Dianne Hopper of Aldergrove BC, he is one of many exquisite "Carrington" Poodles.

"Nikki", though never shown, has attained "Top Producer" status with 3 champion offspring from only 10 puppies. Lovingly own by Debbie Taylor of White Rock B.C., Nikki got a late start at motherhood and only had 2 litters. From her first litter by Am/Can Ch. Carrington's All Fired Up came Can. Ch. Taywyn's Flarebouyant Kalliste. From her second litter by Can. Ch. Khalsa's Dante Teddy Chia came Can. Ch. Taywyn's Justa Wild Jazzabelle and Can Ch. Taywyn's Justa Sinful Sadie. All three "girls" are competing at the Masters level in Agility along with their sibling, Taywyn's Justa Fast Sports Model, and soon to be entering the agility ring, Taywyn's MacBeth of Glamis.
